MnemoNurse operates mnemonurse.com, an NCLEX study platform offering practice questions, mnemonics, and downloadable study materials. Questions? Reach us via our contact page or at support@mnemonurse.com.

• Account data: email address and password credentials you create when signing up, plus any name you provide.
• Study activity: quiz answers, scores, streaks, and progress so we can show your dashboard and recommendations.
• Purchase data: order records and receipts. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout — we never see or store your full card number.
• Email opt-ins: the address you submit for free downloads, newsletters, or study tips.
• Usage analytics: pages viewed, referring source, device type, and approximate country, collected in aggregate.

• Provide your account, save your progress, and unlock purchased content.
• Process payments and send receipts and order confirmations.
• Send study emails and product updates you opted into.
• Improve the question bank, site content, and performance.
• Prevent abuse and secure accounts.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Supabase — account authentication, database, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Email delivery provider — transactional and newsletter email sent from mnemonurse.com domains.
• Analytics — aggregate traffic measurement for the site.

These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your progress and preferences, and measure aggregate traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signed-in features may stop working.

If you reach us through a social platform such as Pinterest, Instagram, or TikTok, that platform's own privacy policy governs the data it collects. We publish content to our own accounts on those platforms; we do not access your personal social accounts.

We keep account, progress, and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax and accounting records. Email opt-in records are kept until you unsubscribe.

• Request a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion of your account by contacting us.
• Manage purchases and receipts from your account.

Access to your account requires authentication, database access is restricted by row-level security rules, and payment card data is handled by Stripe. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and address issues promptly.

MnemoNurse is intended for nursing students and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
