- Because access to the study materials and downloads is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused time.

Don't pass? Study free until you do.
If you complete the program and don't pass your NCLEX, we'll extend your access free once, for the same length as your original pass, subject to the terms below. No refunds — all sales are final.

- Send proof of your exam result (official score report) within 30 days of failing
- Extension matches your original pass length (90-day pass → 90-day extension; 180-day pass → 180-day extension)
