Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MnemoNurse's website, practice questions, study materials, and paid subscriptions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MnemoNurse is designed for nursing students and professionals preparing for the NCLEX. You must be at least 13 years old to use the site. If you are under 18, you should use the site with a parent or guardian's approval.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Subscription plans are limited to personal use on up to two devices per account.
• Sharing accounts, reselling access, or circumventing access limits is prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Some features require a paid subscription billed by Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Prices are shown before checkout and may change for new subscribers only.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting support.

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any purchase, including the Recall Binder PDF and MnemoNurse Complete passes (90-day and 180-day). Passes are one-time purchases by default and access simply ends when the pass period is over. If you choose the optional auto-renew at checkout, you are charged the same price again at the end of each period until you cancel from your account; cancelling stops future charges and you keep access through the period already paid. • All questions, mnemonics, illustrations, PDFs, and study materials are owned by MnemoNurse or licensed to us.
• You may use purchased content for personal study only.
• You may not redistribute, republish, scrape, or create competing products from our content.
• NCLEX is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). MnemoNurse is not endorsed by or affiliated with NCSBN.

Do not use the site to harass others, upload malicious content, interfere with site operations, or attempt to access restricted areas. Respectful use keeps the platform helpful for everyone.

MnemoNurse is a study aid, not a replacement for nursing education, clinical judgment, or professional advice. Passing scores on practice questions do not guarantee NCLEX success. Always follow your program, employer, and licensing board requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, MnemoNurse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
